Roger,
Yeah I'll get that corrected for you. Let us know anytime you have an issue
and we'll get it fixed as soon as possible. We're busy unpacking from a big
move but I'll get it up there sometime today and notify you when it's been
replaced. We're also going to be auditing all of our material in the next
month or so. We'll be looking for issues like this that we may have missed.
Thanks,

Hi Ryan,
The mVPN and the recently added MPLS QoS Videos are fine now, but
video 10 - "MPLS Tunnels", which got re-uploaded (I guess), does have
the issue again. Could you please re-upload this one in the corrected
version too? Thanks for your help!
I know, VLC solves the issue, but since I (and probably many others)
store their whole library in iTunes, it is so much easier to play it
just out of iTunes in Quick Time because iTunes offers some nice
features controlling the videos.
The new videos are great, really well done, thanks INE! So I'm really
looking forward to hopefully getting soon some amazing SPv3 workbooks!

Brian is correct it's a bug in QuickTime. We run it through a utility that
will fix it. I didn't get a chance to run it through the first time I posted
them. We were packing up our entire office last week and had to get the
machines boxed up.
I did reupload corrected versions this weekend. If you download them again
they should work. Or download VLC for free.
Sorry for any inconveniences.

Hi guys,
Is it only me or are you guys also having issues when watching the
recently posted Multicast VPN Videos from the INE's SPv3 ATC class
under Mac OS X with the Quick Time player?
To me it is the same issue as all the other videos had, once they
originally got posted, I do always see kind of a "Frame". I can't see
the whole picture, for example, in the Secure CRT example's, there is
always part of the video at the left edge of the picture not seen.
This is very annoying.
I've also opened a case at INE, so hopefully these 4 videos will get
posted again in the correct format. All the other videos got re-posted
after my initial inquiry and they show the right format. Curious to me
why the made the same "mistake" again... :-)
