Brian is correct it's a bug in QuickTime. We run it through a utility that will fix it. I didn't get a chance to run it through the first time I posted them. We were packing up our entire office last week and had to get the machines boxed up.
I did reupload corrected versions this weekend. If you download them again they should work. Or download VLC for free.
