Cat 6500 MPLS QOS

Hi

I am using 6509 as MPLS PE routers with SUP-720-10G-3C and using
Ethernet LAN ports end to end. (Customer facing Linecard WS6724-SFP
with CFC, Provider facing Linecard WS6708-10G with DFC3). The IOS is
12.2(33)SXI4

Is it possible to configure the below requirements on the 6500 and can
someone help me with the configuration or provide links to config
templates. FYI - The 6500 12.2SXI documentation does not include good
examples of MPLS QoS. Since 6500 does QoS on PFC it uses the wrr
hardware queues, which seem overly complex.

Also the documentation mentions short pipe mode and uniform mode for
MPLS Qos Tunneling, but not Pipe mode, so im not even sure if Pipe
mode is supported on 6500. Also traffic shaping seems like its not
supported on LAN ports.

Requirements

On Ingress (PE Routers)

 We will like to run MPLS QoS in Pipe Tunneling Mode and carry
customer IP QoS marking untouched through the MPLS cloud.
 Untrust all traffic marking received from CE-PE and remark it on
ingress to the MPLS Cloud based on packet matching, (ACL or NBAR?)
 Map the remarked Diffserv or Cos values to the MPLS EXP bit.
 Police (drop or remark) the traffic if breaks service contracts.

On Egress (PE Routers)

 we would like to Queue the traffic on PE-CE link with Congestion
avoidance (WRED) enabled on some queues
 Use explicit-null so the PHP router can carry the EXP value to the
PE otherwise it will be lost on the PHP router?
 Traffic shaping, since traffic will be going from a 10Gig Core
facing port to a 1Gig customer facing port

Are these requirement possible on my 6500? Any help will be appreciated.
