Thanks i did find the same, in short.

In the mpls domain I was using /8 in loopback and ospf use it as a /32 in
the routing table. And I did do mpls ldp update source l0. All looked good,
but no traffic was passing. And this is why.

I did not read Narbiks Adv workbook blue print, so I did miss the loopback
config with /32 subnet mask, in the mpls domain. I have been
troubleshooting this hard.
I will not do this mistake again.
