Well, if to work on your PhD thesis in nuclear physics you'd have to use
a particle collider, would you call it unfair? :-)
SP track has undergone hardware refresh to reflect reality better. 7200
routers are EOL. Metro switches are being used widely. Although
technologies are roughly the same and OSPF or ISIS are still there. If
same happens with Security track, so be it, it has to evolve along with
the world.
