CGNAT has to tie into your IPv6 strategy as well ... probably best to put
out a RFP and talk long term strategy with the vendors. You have to make
sure the solution you choose will allow you to preserve what you have and
grow / adopt ... etc ...
Cisco and Juni are about all I know ... For the Cisco solution, this link

For SBCs - if it is VoIP security, then Sipera by far the best (Sipera is
now now Avaya). ACME has the largest market share by far, a lot of
partners and interoperability, ... and so you probably need to consider
these folk as well.
