ACS 5.1 user query

Hi Guys,

Just wondering, if you can help me out, I am trying to create a
local radius user account on ACS 5.1 and want to assign a static WAN IP once
successfully authenticated. I think I have configured it correctly but still
for some reason the user (DSL Router) is not getting an IP after successfully
authenticated by ACS.

Please let me know your thoughts, or if possible send
the steps that I need to follow to achieve this task because it might be I
have not configured it correctly.
