I want to change few commands to the startup, and keep the running as they,
at the end I want to reload the router with the commands that I entered.

Are you talking about editing the startup config? Sure, save it to notepad,
edit, save to the router as startup-config.

Being that this is a CCIE group, surely I misunderstood that question!
