Thanks a lot for the replies, it seems that I did confuse the Down Bit, the
examples I saw were always something with Down(ward?) and I only saw the
UPWARD flag mentioned by Paul. Its clearer now :)

Paul, you were perfectly right, that R3 got all routes, only R2 was
tricking me and that it only put the Down bit on Summary LSAs, but not
External LSAs. Forgot to remove the totally stubby from the example above
,-)

And thanks for the hint with the MPLS Fundamentals Book Rob, gonna check it.
