Dear Mahmood,
You should use LLDP-MED as this is the standard. There is an IOS version
that supports it..Once this is done, the switch should be able to inform
the phone on the voice vlan to use..
There is one workaround which is to boot the phone and by default it will
take from the data(untagged scope) and through DHCP server you can enforce
a VLAN causing the phone to request an address from the voice scope
(tagged) however the phone will be booting twice.
