Good Network Forums

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to find some useful network forums to discuss network
designs, network issues and generally anything related to networking but
not actually to do with getting a CCIE.

Can anyone recommend any forums to discuss networking topics that are not
CCIE specific.

For example, one topic I'm interested in is "how to get NTP via the
internet instead of using an atomic arial". This is network related but
not to do with CCIE

Also, is there a forum for Juniper ?
