At a guess no, but I can't say for sure. We use CUCM under normal
condtions and SRST for failover. When the phones fail over to SRST they
no longer have hold music.

I did test CME with the SIP phones for a demo. I found the SIP phones a
bit average under CME (ages to register, and other things like that),
although it could have been my lack of experience with them.
