seeing prefixes learned via AS100-400 and also locally

Any idea why I'm seeing the 30.x.x.x and 31.x.x.x routes as reachable
through AS 100.400 and also seeing them as directly connected to my
loopbacks? This seems weird to me.

 

Let me know what part of my config you need to see please to make more sense
of this.
