CCIE R&S mobile lab - Singapore 2012

Hi,

Is there anyone will be going to take R&S mobile lab in Singapore, from 4
to 8 June 2012?

First of all, has the exam been confirmed, because last year 2010 mobile
lab postponed?

I am not sure how many seat in total, look like all the seats have been
taken.
