 *I think you actually mean libel. Slander is defined as the action or
crime of making a false spoken statement damaging to a person's
reputation. Libel on the other hand is defined as a published false
statement that is damaging to a person's reputation. Unfortunately though,
this is neither libel nor slander, because the key word is false.*

 *Wayne Lawson is in fact a **convicted VIOLENT offender, a felon. This is
in addition to his multiple repeat convictions for DUI, and to the Personal
Protection Orders (PPO) filed against him.*

A personal protection order, or PPO, is an order issued by the Circuit
Court. It can protect you from being hit, threatened, harassed, or stalked
by another person. The PPO may also stop someone from coming into your home
or bothering you at work. It can stop them from buying a firearm or finding
your address through school records. It can also stop them from taking your
minor children unless required by the court.

*I'll leave it up to you to answer what type of person needs a PPO filed
against them.*

 *You can also search by his name and see his previous convictions for
VIOLENT crimes.*

 *I'll leave it up to you to make a judgement of character though, all I'm
doing is simply stating the facts.*
