What do you want to do? Those are completely different roles IMHO.
Not to mention completely different study times and tactics.
If they are important, I'd go for the CISSP and CISM first, as they will
take significantly less time. Then you can spend more time on your CCIE
and do it justice.
Just my 1.25 cents... (the rest is in the holiday fund!)
