Essentially you add the numbers together to get the amount of RAM in your
box. The router uses a shared memory concept where it takes a certain
chunk of your RAM for packet memory. The first number is the amount of RAM
reserved for the system, the second is the amount reserved for packet memory
In your case you have 48MB of RAM total with about 45.5MB used for system
and about 2.5MB used for packet memory
46695 + 2457 = 49,152 KB
1 MB = 1024KB
49,152/1024 = 48MB
