DHCP Snooping/ Arp Inspection

Hello Expert.

please i have one little problem regarding my understanding with dhcp
snooping and dynamic arp inspection;

my question goes like this:-
** i have a switch network of 10 interconnected switches, nd one of the
switch has its interface connecting directly to the dhcp server for vlan 4
while on same switch interface from 10 - 15 were as well assign to access
vlan 4.

Question: if im to configure dhcp snooping and arp inspection do i need to
configure it on all the switches in the network or just on one switch since
the dhcp server and access vlan client are all on the same switch.

NB. please kindly elaborate
