Thanks Joe for your comments.

Unfortunately is not easy to make the CCIE a large part of my time.
I've spent the last 26 months designing and deploying data centres
over US and EMEA, and spent a lot of my time travelling. I try to
study at any point (airports, hotel...even I was looking for plastic
covers to use the laptop in the shower...) but when you work an
average of 60 hrs per week (not considering those wonderful weekends
of changes and outages) it leaves few time for kids and marital tasks.

My wife understands my motivations, therefore she allowed me to have a
rack with 25 devices at home (funny the first time I turned on the
Lighstream 1010 and the c4700 and she thought I was helping with the
washing machine). I can only have good words for her (lot of pacience
with such a crazy guy). She always says that my hobby is my job, but
due to the workload (which I appreciate) it makes hard to get time for
all things. However it's not an excuse...it's just that it will take
more time to be fully prepared in this adventure. There is no other
chance that stealing time to sleep....

And I was not kidding when I said that my 10-months child recognize
Cisco logo...instead of hearing baby songs in the car, he listens to
CCIE audio bootcamps. It's probably that the next word he will say is
BGP... Hope I don't create a monster...LoL!
