Re: SRLG Shared Risk Link Group with MPLS TE

Common attributes could include:

Using the same Physical Port or Line Card (a port or card failure is in
common here)
paths sharing the fibre physical fibre cable or cable duct (a fibre cut has
a potentially common failure)

The point is to help give the network some intelligence in helping to
determine a safe alternate path (so where possible your backup wont die at
the same time as the primary path)
