OT: INE CCIE SP V3 Bootcamp

Hi Brian/Petr,

I have bought the CCIE SP Bootcamp V3 last week and i failed to find
topics related to LAC and LNS ,EVC and REP. I am actually working on these
topics and i am not able to find a good document . I request Petr or Brian
to come up with a blog post for the topics and also update the videos for
it. The topics are

1. LAC and LNS
2. EVC ( Ethernet Virtual COnnection)
3. REP (Resilient Ethernet Protocol)
4. Optical Basics.
