I'm pretty much using the two vendor approach as well, IPX and Cisco 360
and both are good. One thing about the 360 stuff is that they don't have
technology focused labs so for that I used the IPX Volume 1 workbook. After
that I hit the Volume 2 and started doing the Cisco 360 graded mock labs to
see where I'm weak. Now I'm mixing the IPX Volume 3 and Cisco 360 together
throughout the week. While using one vendor is just fine, using two gives
you a different perspective on how questions are worded, etc. In the end
all of the vendors area great, and they all cover the same material. What
works for me may not work for another. However that being said I don't
think there's anything wrong with using more than one vendors workbooks for
study, especially towards the end when doing mock labs. So as of right now
I'm about 50% IPX Volume 3 and 50% Cisco 360. Cheers!
