I believe if the routes are advertised to all routers in d domain, the forwarding of routes will not depend on the border routers alone.
I believe in aspect of link group, since there is no routes been injected, just tagged, that is based more on the border router, creating a tunnel can only be done if we were ask to.

To clear my doubt, if the MC inject either a static or bgp route into the border router routing table, is the route advertise only to the border routers or to all routers in our domain?
The reason i ask this is that in doc-cd, it is been stated that we should make sure to redistribute static into igp or bgp if either one is what we are using.

Subject: OER help
hi
I am running OER on Core router and 2 branch routers
Core router is configured master, and branch routers as border routers,
authentication is being used.
i read some where that the remote border router should be a single hop
away or a tunnel interface that makes the remote border router look like a
single hop. ...
can some one explain this? I want master router to optimize voice traffic,
and to do active probe for specific range for prefixes like x.x.x.0/16 to
x.xx.0/16 with dscp ef
Also i am trying to achieve... packets with particular dscp value to go
from branch1 router and packets with other different dscp value to go
though branch2 router...
how can i match this .... access-list or prefix list. how can i do using
single access-list if i want to?
