Subject: Finally got my numbers! CCIE 31840!!!

Wonderful GroupStudy.

My friends, I have finally earned this after 4 attempts. CCIE # 31840.

Lol, I am 40 years old!

Recently there was a topic related to age if you do not mind me saying,
what the heck?

You are not your age, you are you. You are not many people, but one person
forget all the attributes that have been placed on you, and focus and
appreciate who you really are. Forget all the things people say you are,
you are you! not anything anyone labels you as, or says you are . When
anyone labels you as something, or society says you are something forget
this madness it is too hard to maintain and keep up with.

You cannot be boxed into a label or contained within attributes or a
description you are more than all of this. What are you? I dont know
... ;-) but you know or at least you should set out to find out. You are
more than what you or anyone thinks. The exciting thing is finding out.

As the expression goes, be all you can be and be yourself. Nuff said.

I have achieved this certification because of so many good people who have
gone before me or who take the time to help others. You are worth your
weight in gold and I appreciate you.

I used lots and lots of doc CD materials and tech tips. I suggest going
through as much as you can. Be familiar where things are, and learn to
read everything and understand how it is applied. Often times this means
you need to lab things up

The doc CD and tech tips were very helpful for me. The training vendor lab
books helped optimize this knowledge in quick and concise tasks the doc
CD and lab work books should go hand in hand.

Friends if you are studying for the R&S, then youd better know the R&S
core materials well. I cannot state this enough know the core technology!
All of the tasks related to R&S should be like second nature and you should
not have to consult any doc CDs or anything for core tasks. Practice,
practice, and more practice

Team - ask all kinds of questions on these forums. So many smart people
help other smart people here I am always impressed with you all and am
thankful to have such a wonderful resource full of bright people.

My boss bought me the Cisco 360 program, very good program. Not a quick
program though you need to put the time in. Do every lesson and lab an
amazing resource.

In the last year or so, I went to the bootcamps by IPExpert and Narbik. So
many wonderful things to say about both, and the supporting materials and
labs are amazing.

Thank you IPExpert and Narbik.

Narbik I will be hitting you up for a free seat in a future class. I
plan on joining a class and just trying to soak it all in. You are a great
instructor.

If you are a Cisco partner, use the PEC and the free labs / free racks. Even
if you do not want to follow the configured labs, these racks are free and
nice and you can configure anything you want on these scheduling is easy.

Did I mention the PEC racks are free with Cisco partnership? Yes I did
well FREE is my favorite four letter F-Word!!!

Too many people helped me to mention them all, but all the greats on this
list helped me. So many people were an inspiration, so many ... thanks!

However, I feel I must mention this I do want to thank the Lord!!! Prayer
works! I could not have done it without a secure foundation.

Team - please forgive any delays in my responses ... I am going to take a
break for some time from the forum and do very little. ;-))))))))

My mind was always mushy in the past, and now it is extra mushy!

Thanks friends and team,

Andrew
