Hi Sirhan,
The Troubleshooting section has a number of tickets to solve - I believe
it's meant to be somewhere between 8 and 12. Each ticket must be solved in
it's entirety and according to the general rules listed at the beginning of
the lab as well as within any constraints associated with the ticket.
You need to score at least 80% to pass the troubleshooting section.
Tentatively this may be you need to get 8 out of 10 tickets correct to pass
TS, however it is possible that some tickets are worth more than others, so
it may depend on which tickets you solve - perhaps you may only need to
resolve 7, or have to resolve 9. A demo of the interface for the
troubleshooting lab can be seen here -

The Configuration component is similar in that within each subsection there
are no partial marks, however a failure in one section may influence
another causing a cascade of failure. Again you need at least 80% to pass
the configuration section.
You must score at least 80% in each section to pass. When you get your
score report, if you pass Troubleshooting or Config that is all you find
out, so you could get 80% or 100% on a section and not know any more
detail. If you fail a Config for instance you may be told the general
areas that you have failed so you can sharpen your studies for your next
attempt.
Cheers,
Adam
