Totally depends on where you're at in life mentally (I assume
reasonable physical health). I successfully completed the R&S track
at probably somewhere around 17 yrs in the field (so late 30s). I was
highly motivated and absolutely loved the study/prep. However, I
couldn't do another track today at this exact phase of life because I
have too many other conflicting priorities right now. Maybe in a few
years down the line I'll have settled a bit again and will seek to add
SP or ??. Moral of the story is just be honest with yourself about
what you're able/willing to invest at this current point in your life
(and looking forward a year or better) because it takes a lot of
commitment - of that have no doubt. Assuming that you have the
bandwidth and are willing to commit it, your current age most
certainly will not be a limiting factor and your substantial real-
world experience base will be a considerable asset...
