Inter-area vs Intra Area Routes

Hi Experts

Is there a way of getting Intra-area routes preferred over inter-area
route. I don't want to introduce an extra OSPF process to get around the
problem.

According to section 11 of RFC 2328 , the order of preference for OSPF
routes is below cannot be changed:

    intra-area routes, O

    interarea routes, O IA

    external routes type 1, O E1

    external routes type 2, O E2
