I would do what the lab specifies. The proctor and / or lab should direct
you as to what is and what is not allowed. Typically, turning off debugs is
a given. As far as logging console, if it doesn't say anything I wouldn't
worry too much, but if it really bothers you ask the proctor or take 10
extra seconds to copy/paste "logging con 0" into all your devices.
