For the next few days can we run "ip mtu 1412" on these interfaces?

Subject: OT - EIGRP with High Latency issues.
Good afternoon,
I'm running into an issue where I run EIGRP across a long haul link
(67-70ms) and occasionally I receive drops. I really think it's the
provider, however most times when I experience a blip EIGRP will
down/up the neighbor. I don't see any interface issues as it's an
ethernet link (outage could happen between a different segment.
Here's my error:
  Oct 19 13:58:11.165 CDT: %DUAL-5-NBRCHANGE: EIGRP-IPv4 100: Neighbor
10.254.0.14 (GigabitEthernet2/0/49) is down: Interface

Relevant Interface configs:

Any advice, suggestions or ideas are welcome.
