Re: OT:Call Recording Platform for Cisco and Avaya

I have used orecx. it is has an open platform called oreka. Works good for
round robin or one by one signaling but have run into issues if the alert is
a broadcast. Any ways there is a free version and farily inexpensive
compared to larger vendors if going with supported. techs are decent as
well.
