Andre already did... check a route server on the internet for your route
when going through ISP2... I'd strongly suspect your not actually prepending
the route like you think you are, or the carrier is stipping the prepending
off.

I'm also lost on how this affects your study to pass the lab; but perhaps
this real-world problem is occupying all your study time.
