OT: industry standards

Hi Guys,

I have an off topic question that I'm hoping someone might be able to point
me in the right direction.

I'm looking for the averages for support personal per number of Cisco
devices.

i.e. if you had 100 Cisco routers how many people would you need to support
them 24x7x365?

If anyone knows of published finding for this it would be a great help.
