There are a ton of questions that need to be answered before you'll get what you need. I would start at the ordering guides, if you work for a partner, and work from there:

If you have Netformx, you could use the UC advisor. If you just need CUCM/Unity Connection, then the BE 5000 starter package with add-ons might be a good start. If you need hardware redundancy, then BE 6000 is where I would start. How many users? How many public spaces? How many conference phones? How many FXS ports? How many voicemail users? ...........
