My proposition will be cheaper because. It is only one or two nights
Below hotels are completley nice, I used Etap but ibis is also ok.
From airport you have free transport.
In more expensive hotels in the same place some hotels give discount
when you tell that you will go to cisco exam. But I don't remember
name now. Maybe someone form forum can support.
From both to cisco is ~10 minutes by foot
