Somewhat off-topic, as it's not used in "THE" lab, but what I use in my lab,
is Mremote. I only mention because it makes my life better :).
Mremote is a slick overlay for putty/ RDP/ Citrix. You create all your
shortcuts in a nice folder structure on the left side, then click to launch.
This gives you tabs which are really nice (like Secure CRT without the
pricetag, and with RDP in tabs as well). Anyhow, it's super handy and free
so thought I'd mention it.
I also use it for day-to-day management of live gear as well.
On the downside, if it's not in RTP and you're used to the features you'll
be annoyed.
