Hi Amin,
I don't think that you need to put the priority of the spokes on the hub
site. I would suggest that you only put them locally i.e. on the spokes
interfaces.
Once you do this, I believe the OSPF process will automatically restart and
you will see the hub as the router. If they don't restart, another option
would be to restart the OSPF process manually.
