RE: CCIE Security - can you use 5505s to study?

You can use 5505 to at least start to get familiar with the ASA's syntax. As you get into your later stages of preparation you can rent rack time. You can use GNS3/PEMU/QEMU to emulate ASA, but the process is very time consuming to get it up and working.

Looking at the cost difference between 5505 and 5510 ASAs, aside from
multicontext and HA, is there other things I can't do on the 5505s for
the lab exam?
