Yes and no. For the most part, 95% of the lab isn't 007 stuff. Most vendors
focus too much on the 007 stuff, and not enough on the basics.

Granted, normally you won't see much plain vanilla configuration in the lab.
Most of the tasks are nothing more than plain vanilla with a few twists and
restrictions thrown in for fun.

In short, don't whip out the 007 stuff unless it's absolutely necessary.

That's my 2 cents on the topic. YMMV.
