    If you are J-Partner, they have free
      racks to play with when you take some of them online courses (free
      too).

      

      - login to partner centre

      - pick a course and start it

      - go to lab section, it will give you instructions how to
      book/access a lab

      

      Once arranged, you will get a Java-based access to an instance of
      WinXP with SecureCRT and other tools and ability to connect to
      several routers/SRX and switches.

      I reckon it is within that Junos Space stuff. Downside is
      topologies are fixed and rack time is limited.
