wireshark is not an option? is the span to the wireshark not an option or
using wireshark itself?

you can use Cisco IOS Embedded Packet Capture (EPC) 'monitor capture'
command on the router...

do not believe there is a command like everyone else stated that will show
you the detail you are looking for, just counters of packets with/without
markings...
