VPN CONCENTRATOR 3000 AUTHENTICATION ISSUES.

Good day,

I am having issues with clients trying to authenticate . after clients
inputs their username and password, clicks on login, it goes for a
while ,they click OK ,it goes for a while and brings them to the
normal page (as in the username and password dialog box).

please help!!!!!.
