Hi Emir,
In the first instance when you trust cos, you are trusting the 802.1P tags
on Frames. A the same time for untagged frames (which dont have 802.1P
tags), the mls qos cos 3 means they wont have the default value of 0 and
will be now set to 3
In the second instance, you are making every ethernet frame have a cos value
of 3.
