I don't know how the tunnel would react, having two interesting traffic
ACL's. Why dont' you source or destination NAT to different addresses on each
one or put a floating static or an EEM or object tracking mechanism on the 2nd
tunnel?
 
To Ryan's point, we need to know what you are trying to do.
 
Also,
is this a CCIE task, or is this something outside of your studies?
