One important issue that is kind of missing in your post is the ability to
route and what routing protocol is supported by each tunnel solution.
Configure the different tunnel scenarios and try to run an IGP (RIPng,
Eigrpv6 or even OSPFv3) and you will see these transitional solutions from a
different perspective.
