Lab Vouchers and retake policy

Hi folks,
I was booking my lab when I realize that at form bottom, there was an option
to apply a "Voucher". Do you know if there's a discount voucher or just
other way to pay?
If buying a voucher it's cheaper, we are talking about Cisco learning
credits, or something like that?

By the other hand, I failed my last attempt two and a half years ago, so do
you known If I need to retake the writted again?
