CUCM manager issue

Hello,
i installed my cucm on my ESX 4.1 during set up i used ip address
10.10.210.10 for the callmanager and gateway i used 10.10.210.1 my network sit
on 192.168.0.0/24 after the installation i can't access my cucm either
through ssh or web interface. i can only access using the console itself. when
i changed the ip add on the cucm to my network 192.168.0.0/24 i can ssh and
access it using the web interface. my server has two eth interface one going
to my switch port and the other going to my hub where i use vSphere client to
access my server. i am following up the workbook i want to keep the 10.x.x.x
ip address like they have it in the work book. Any thought ?
