Hey Imran - I should have been more specific - AutoQoS is supported on
Ethernet interfaces on switches, but evidently not on routers

Q. What interfaces currently support Cisco AutoQoS?
A. Router platforms: Cisco serial (PPP/HDLC), Frame Relay DLCIs and ATM VCs
on the router platforms
Switch Platforms: Ethernet, Static, Dynamic-access, Voice VLAN access, and
Trunk ports
