I too have taken Narbik's bootcamp (in Richardson, TX.), just a few months
ago.
 
The fact that you can take his bootcamps over and over is a deal
sealer. Plus, the classes are awesome.
 
Don't forget his workbooks. He's
got three levels- Don't know anything, think you know something, and you think
you know it all. Take your pick. Plus, his new Troubleshooting works are
supposed to be just a good.
 
Oh, and yes. Thursday night and Friday is a
single session, essentially. I do wish the Mock Lab was the first 8 hours of
Thursday instead of the last 8 hours, but, it's also a good test to see how
you do under pressure. In my case, tired, and all jacked up on Red Bull.
Good times, though!
 
I don't see that he's going to be back in Texas prior to
my lab date in December, but I'll take it again if he ever makes it back here.

And one of
the best kept secrets is that, I have attended his bootcamp 3
times, only
paying once dating back to July 2008 for my first attendance. The
2nd & 3rd
time I just rented a rack from him for the week for $175.
Lifetime free
re-takes, pass or fail as long as he has room in the bootcamp.
Great deal if
your work (like mine) does not pay for training at the CCIE
level

as a CCIE I would still like to take
his R&S bootcamp just to keep sharp.. :-)

I have attended

advice, kiss your
family and friends good bye as you are
about to hit 12 - 14
hour days of
intense chalk&talk lecture, labbing, &
learning.

On each topic
Narbik will he
seems to use a 3 step approach:
Cover
the technology in depth
go thruough the
command structure on how to configure
& apply
and finaly draw
an example on
when and where you would use this in the
network.

First day
you will get out
early around 9:30 pm but don't count on
that the other
nights.
I know in
Dallas we always in PF Changs or Macoroni
grill atleast one
night of the
bootcamp, but keep in mind he answers emails up
to 2AM while you
are back at
the hotel working on labs.

the positive feedback!!! I also sat through a boot
camp
in the past by Narbik,
and it was the first time I truly understood Cat
QOS
... Narbik is good.
