Nfcapd and Nfsen are pretty awesome, and completely free. Nfcapd is the
capture daemon while Nfsen is the web-based front-end. One of the features I
really like about NFsen is the ability to create traffic profiles for
individual or aggregate netflow sources, traffic types, etc, and then being
able to graph this data. There are also a wide variety of plugins that add
more monitoring and alerting features.

Nfdump/Nfcapd should be included in most Linux distributions, while Nfsen
will need to be installed from source:
