EEM for 3745 terminal server

I am using a 3745 for a terminal server. I want to write an EEM to
automatically clear the lines when the connections is refused. I am having
trouble getting the event statement right. How can I log a refused
connection to the syslog or catch the refused connection on the console to
use with the EEM.
